The Walk Safe® is a cutting-edge indoor walking frame designed by NRS Healthcare to improve stability, safety, and user independence. Developed through extensive research in collaboration with the University of Salford and tested in clinical trials with NHS partners, it provides twice the stability of traditional front-wheeled walking frames when turning. Unlike standard walking frames, the Walk Safe® is both height and width adjustable, accommodating a wide range of users and available in two sizes: Medium and Large. Its standout feature is the large front swivel wheels with a magnetic mechanism, which ensure straight-line stability while allowing for smooth and controlled turns. The rear gliders effortlessly slide over most surfaces, making it easy to manoeuvre through tight spaces and corners. Lower handles assist users in standing up from a seated position, while well-cushioned upper handles provide enhanced comfort and grip while walking.
